How to Brew Chamomile White Tea
- Heat fresh water to 75–80°C (cooler than for black tea, to protect the delicate white tea buds)
- Steep for 4–5 minutes to let the chamomile and lemongrass fully infuse
- Enjoy plain, without milk, ideally in the evening to support a calming wind-down
