How to Brew Peppermint White Tea
- Heat fresh water to 75โ80ยฐC (cooler than for black tea, to protect the delicate white tea buds)
- Steep for 4โ5 minutes to let the peppermint and Silver Needle buds fully infuse
- Enjoy plain, without milk, to experience its light vegetal base and cooling peppermint lift

Cold-drying preserves peppermint's volatile aromatic oils far better than heat-drying, resulting in a more intense, natural mint aroma and flavour.
