How to Brew Saffron White Tea
- Heat fresh water to 75–80°C (cooler than for black tea, to protect the delicate white tea buds)
- Steep for 4–5 minutes to allow the saffron threads to fully release their colour and aroma
- Enjoy plain, without milk, to appreciate its golden liquor and warm saffron character
