How to Brew Each Tea in the Classic 3 in 1
- Heat fresh water to 90–100°C, just off the boil
- Steep Assam for 3–5 minutes for a bold cup, best with milk; steep Darjeeling for 3–4 minutes and enjoy plain; steep Nilgiri for 3–4 minutes, plain or with a slice of lemon
- Adjust steeping time to taste — bolder teas like Assam can handle a longer steep
